Help me make final decision!!! ACER OR ASUS

Question:
Help me make final decision!!! ACER OR ASUS
I've been searching for a laptop and asking questions for a while already. I am trying to replace my zv5000z. I found graphic card too weak and it was little bit heavy. I got really good answers and read good reviews. I finaly stoped on two laptops one is Acer TM4501WLMi and ASUS M6000 Series - M6Ne, M6BNe. Screen size does'nt matter, 15.1 and 15.4 would work.

I found that asus is 1 lb lighter then acer. Battery life I couldn't find which one has better, I think acer has 5.5 hours. Thus I am concerned about build quiality of laptops and tech support and screen quality, what would be your oppinions? Also, Does extra $200 worth for lighter laptop?
Thank you for your input. I've bugging people for couple days already.
zv5000z AMD 64 3000+ 1.8 Ghz 768 DDR SDRAM 15.4" WXGA (1280x800) 30 GB 4200 RPM Hard Drive 64MB NVIDIA(R) GeForce(TM) 4 440 Go
Answer: I think the Acer TravelMate 4500 is one of the best computers on the market right now, especially for the price. I think it would be a great buy. As for $200 for one pound, that's a totally personal call. What's a pound? Well, to me it's a big deal, but my notebook weighs onle a touch over 3 pounds, so another pound is sginificant. The difference between 5.5 and 6.5 pounds though, is much less severe.
