[Belgium] NB, around 1100$ - gaming

Question:
[Belgium] NB, around 1100$ - gaming
Hello everyone,
I'm looking around for a notebook for a while now.
My budget is around 1100$ (850€), shipping to Europe (Belgium).
I don't mind now about upgradeable parts like hard drives now - I can always replace those when there's money for it.
Currently, I'm using a poor Pentium M 1,4, Radeon Mob. 9000, 512MB Ram (Latitude D600), which really doesn't manage to fulfill my requirements.
I do not need things like a build-in microphone, cardreaders,...
Screen? 15 inch, 1280x1024 is enough for me :)
I'm a heavy multitasker. I don't want having a game (something like NSFU or WET) running minimized slowing a few browsers browsers (tabs) and a music player down.
Next to that, I often play games (in the possible ways on this notebook), but my FPS rates are even in old games very very poor.
I do not expect running FEAR at 1600x1200 at High/Very High, but BF2 or Carbon at High, would be nice ;)
But again: I prefer having a smaller hard drive, and a faster CPU, then a large hard drive, a fingerprint reader, a webcam,.. and a slow CPU.
Hard drive and memory are upgradeable, CPU and graphics card are not (unfortunately :()
Any ideas for a notebook for me?
Thanks in advantage,
Wynand

If you expand you budget a bit you might manage to hit ASUS A8Jp. 2799$ is a 'bit' to high I'm afraid.
How about the Asus A6T-AP008B?
Is a GeForce Go 7600 and a Turion 64 X2 1,6Ghz acceptable?

If you expand you budget a bit you might manage to hit ASUS A8Jp. Is that a joke? He'd have to more than double it. Europe is expensive.
