CHEAP laptop suggestions
I'm looking for laptops preferable in the or under $700 range for my dad. He doesn't need it for much but watching movies occasionally surfing the internet and some engineering graphics programs. And I'm sure that he'll want something that is vista capable. He loves sony laptops and I saw one in his range at bestbuy last week but they were sold out unfortunately. I would love some suggestions if anyone has any. :)

It depends on what engineering graphics programs you have in mind, but at a budget of $700 and below you can look at the Compaq V3000z and Dell B130.

Sometimes at Best Buy you can buy it then pick it up there when it comes back in stock.
