So, I guess you want the ThinkPad z61m considering your requirements.
The z61m is really a great notebook, the only think about it is that's a bit thick and heavy (~3kg) if that's not a problem, then this is the notebook that you're looking for...

Re: Business/Pleasure laptop
The ThinkPad Z61m is really one of the only laptops that are going to fill all of your requirements. Perhaps the laptop mentioned above. The cool feature about the Lenovo 3000 Y-series is that its webcam can recognize your face. The Dell Latitude D820 is worth a look if you are willing to sacrifice the webcam:

Even i want Thinkpad Z61m but they still have not launched in the market till now also there was an article which said the new Lenovo team in India is trying to push Lenovo brand of laptops rather than Thinkpad series.
I have seen the the Lenovo Y series ,does any of you have any idea how does it compare to Thinkpad body construction.
thanks in advance.

You could take a look at our Lenovo 3000 series review here:
It will not be as well built as the ThinkPads, but still has great quality and a good keyboard. Take a look at our Lenovo/IBM forum for user comments.

I know that because the Z series is not even on Lenovo's site but I recommended it because you had mentioned it and I thought that you can get it somehow... I'm not familiar with the market in India though.

The Lenovo 3000 is a budget line I personally tested C/N/V series last year and I was really disappointed from these notebooks, they have many flaws and I don't like them. They have nothing to do with ThinkPad Series, they are not even near to the quality of ThinkPads. That's my opinion of course.
However, I can't say anything about the Lenovo 3000 Y series, I haven't seen this series of course. So, if Lenovo has a showroom (like in my country) in India you can check out these notebooks in person...
Good Luck
