What is a fair price for this laptop?

thanks for the reply. it is 2.66 GHz, 448 ram and has 2002 windows XP

the last review that I saw was dated november 2006, and he bought one for about 400 bucks.

The ze5500 is an outdated machine and the one you are being offered probably does not carry a warranty. If you are looking at used notebooks, go on eBay and check out what sort of Thinkpads you can get.
