you can probably get a Compal HEL80 or Asus S96J to be below $1200 if you configure it properly. Enough power to run those games.

Wait, so do you not like Asus and hp? Or do you like them? They are both excellent companys and I would not count them out.
The Dell E1505 and E1705 are both options.

i like asus and hp, not that i know much about them, i just read the reviews..any help from you guys who know alot more than me about laptops is a big help..how about the hp dv6000t?i heard its good..are the ones you suggested better than the dv6000t?

If you want WSXGA+ that would preclude it. Perhaps the Lenovo n100 or Dell e1505 which do offer WSXGA+ would be worth a look.

WSXGA+ may be tough to get in a gaming notebook with your budget. The Compal HEL80 and Asus S96J mentioned above have that resolution available, but for an extra $100 or so. And that's in the US.
Perhaps something in the Asus F3J series would work for you and hopefully be somewhere close to your budget in your area. Maybe even an Asus A8Jm?
