That notebook is not really going to be able to play games very well (S3 UniChrome™ Pro), especially WoW or Jedi Academy.

I don't mind any refurbs if I can get a decent one for that price. Just so you guys know I would be upgrading RAM from 256 to 1gb.

I would recommend the HP/Compaq V2000 notebook, its got a good CPU and a decent integrated videocard to play games. You can probably go to your local CompUSA or Office Depot to check it out, the prices should be better if you choose the model with a Sempron CPU.

The one Gophn recommended has a better processor and the size you originally wanted.
EDIT: Just read Andrew's post about two $400 notebooks being available and I have to say I would lean towards the over Wal-Mart's deal.

I'm thinkin about the Presario v3000z right now. Gophn whats your opinon on it for my needs since its cheaper? I'd also geta free upgrade to Windows Vista.
