Look at the Dell E1505 and the HP dv9000z. Keep in mind however, that it will not be easy to get a gaming laptop for $750, IMHO.

My brand new (one week ago) E1505 with X1400 was $799.95 (that's with shipping)...

I think that the e1505 is your only choice, given the budget. $800 for an e1505 with graphics card is a good price---keep in mind, though that Dell's pricing changes almost daily. You may have to try more than once to get the right deal.

I also think the Dell Inspiron E1505 is your sole choice here. You may end up spending $50 or so over your budget.
