Look at the Alienware Area 51 m5550. Also consider the Asus S96J and the Compal HEL80. If you are going to be taking it to different places, consider the 14 inch Asus A8Js, with the very powerful Go7700 graphics card.
However the games you mentioned are not the most graphics intensive out there, so you should also look at the HP dv6000 as well.

Re: Budget: $3,200 For New Laptop
The HP nc8430, Asus S96J/Z96J, and Compal HEL80 are all excellent options for powerful 15.4" gaming systems.
The Asus A8Js is a nice little 14.1" system that was recently released with the go 7700. Compal HGL30 is another nice little 14.1" gamer.

Re: Budget: $3,200 For New Laptop
It has an awesome screen. Its very large though and its technical stats are not competive. Its a see first item no way to describe it till you see it.
However ok check out these models
LG s1 at milestonepc.com. I think this might be exactly what youre looking for.
Samsung x60 imported from germany I dont have a source.
Asus vj1 soon to be released in the US or imported from the UK
Likely by christmas there is the asus g1p which will be the performance leader in 15.4 inch notebooks.
The asus a8js beats all of these machines in gpu performance and it costs $1600 so check it out. Its the budget model asus all plastic body so Im not sure that is what you want.

When we're voting...
I vote for the HP nc8430 which is an excellent notebook in terms of power, quality and support. And it's also thin and light for a 15.4" notebook
