Question:
M5500 Problem
Hi, i am having a serious problem with my alienware notebook and was wondering if anyone can help me.
Whenever i play a video file after puting the computer to sleep, the video and audio do not sync... but when i restart my computer, everything works fine.
Anyone have any idea what is wrong?

Re: M5500 Problem
I have noticed this once or twice as well. I normally just bite the bullet and restart so i have no real solution for you (sorry) but I did notice once that they synced back up after a while on their own (after closing the program and reopening it). I don't think the m5500 is the only computer with this issue, it's something to do with windows.

Odd. I don't encounter such a problem. A DirectX reinstallation will probably fix that like Chaz said. I encounted that problem before on my desktop.
