A little help with guild wars...

Question:
A little help with guild wars...
Now I don't think this is really a problem with guild wars, I don't even really know if its a problem at all. I have a inspiron e1505 ati x1400, 2 gigs of ram, bla bla bla everything it needs for the game; I get no error messages whatsoever. It's working fine but my problem isthe heat. I'm worried that it's getting too hot, it's never just stopped yet or got overheated and shut down, but I don't want to take any chances really. If it's ok then I'll just continue, but if not I'd like some input. If anyone has any experiences like this then please share. I just want to know what's safe and what's not, and what I could possibly do to reduce the heat. (If someone could also tell me where all the fans are that would help immensely, I know theres some on the top on either side; I don't know if the one on the bottom counts).
Thanks.

Re: A little help with guild wars...
Always a good idea to use meaningful thread titles. Why not something like "Is my notebook overheating?" Or "Notebook gets hot when playing Guild Wars", since the temperature seems to be the problem you're asking about.
Anyway, what you're saying is "it works fine, and I haven't had any problems. Is it a problem?"
No, it is not a problem if you do not experience problems. ;)
Some laptops do get awfully hot, but they don't usually become unstable because of it.
Moreover, *if* it gets too hot, the computer will simply crash or maybe just shut down. But there won't be any permanent damage, so there's nothing to be afraid of there, really.

What Jalf said is perfectly true. If by any chance your machine does get damaged due to overheating, then it is a manufacturing flaw and Dell would fix or replace your machine.
Just make sure you aren't playing under the shade, because the sun can fry your machine.

Thanks a lot, I'll keep the thread title in mind next time.
