Can My Laptop handle Halo?
I've got a dell inspiron 8100 and I was wondering weather it can handle halo properly. I've checked the minimum specification on the microsoft gaming website, but I was worried in case it might run slow and rubbish. All the info about my laptop is in the signature.

It might run it at the lowest settings. You will need to upgrade to at least 512MB of ram. You aren't going to get good FPS. But it might play on the lowest settings.

ah okay...I'll give it a go. I don;t really think there is much point in getting a RAM upgrade. My laptop is a bit outdated, especially the processor. I thinkm I ought to get a new notebook soon,

That would be your best bet. Sell that one on Ebay and then put that money towards another lappy. There are alot of good gaming lappys out there.

Since your video card is really outdated (I mean no offense to you), I'd take a look at the requirements for the video card again:
32 MB T&L capable video card required
Does your video card support T&L? Check Nvidia's website to be sure.
If it does, you'll probably be using the lowest settings, I agree with USAFdude.
